I’m Elizabeth Brown. I love to bake, cook, and write all about it. I’ll try anything once but my mouth really waters over bittersweet chocolate mousse, basil pesto, uncommon ice cream flavors, creamy risotto, crusty bread, flaky croissants and anything with saffron in it. 


I dream of one day opening my own bakery-café, baking the perfect croissant, and writing professionally about food.


In the meantime, I cook and bake in my itsy, bitsy apartment kitchen.
